This Ward has the most development taking place anywhere in the District. We will visit the new Giant (the largest on the East Coast), the new St. Elisabeth’s project, the Anacostia Gateway project and many others!
Buses will leave at 8:30 am from the GWUL Headquarters at 2901 14th Street NW and from THEARC Boys and Girls Club at 1901 Mississippi Avenue SE. The Ward 8 Bus Tour will conclude by 10:30 a.m. so you can attend the Housing Fair. Space is limited so click to register!
